Attaching pages to shows?

When I edited this Page: http://edtechtalk.com/node/169 , I was not given the option to associate it with the Teachers Teaching Teachers pages... (and to make it sticky at the top) ... so it disappeared. Can we add the Shows vocabularies to Pages? And how do we make it stick at the top?
