How do local Writing Projects create a web presence? What changes when they do? What tools might we consider? Joomla? DrupalED? If everyone can access Edublogs, for instance, is there some good rationale for creating a site-based Edublog for people to play in while the "official" homepage serves the official purposes for advertising and archiving institutional memory?
