collaborative effort needed abroad on high school level blogs

Looking for class overseas who would be willing to comment on high school student blogs, and for us to do the same for their blogs.

Over Seas Classroom Collaboration

I am a fourth grade teacher in Northern Michigan looking to collaborate with another fourth grade level class over seas on some projects for the students. I would like to work with Skype video conferencing if possible. This is just a fledgling of an idea right now, so I am open to any suggestions.

Teachers Teaching Teachers #63 - 07.20.07 - From Collaboration to Revolution at Tech Matters`07

This is our third, and final installment of Teachers Teaching Teachers webcasts from the National Writing Project's Tech Matters`07 in Chico, California. Today, Jason Hando from Sydney, Austrialia and Donna Bragg, from the Lehigh Valley Writing Project in Pennsylvania joined six teachers to discuss Google Docs, wikis, collaboration, and the changes that are happening in learning for both young people and for many teachers, even if these changes are happening more slowly for school systems. This is our discussion at the end of a day focused on how collaborative tools have changed the ways we write and learn in and out of schools in the 21st Century.

Bringing the Writing Project and WorldBridges Communities together in July

I want to propose the following outline to be discussed at this Thursday evening's WB/ETT/Webcast Academy planning session. Please take special note of the July 18th Teachers Teaching Teachers show. We'd love to have guests from all ETT shows if possilbe! Susan Ettenheim and Paul Allison are working on this together, and we're looking for others to help out.

Teachers Teaching Teachers will have three special shows in July.

Wednesday, July 11
