I made this comment in the chat room but wanted to re-enforce it.
There are always people new to the system. There is nothing that talks about how to set-up the audio. I spent most of the webinar on diigo trying to turn the audio on. I never did get to the point where I could have both the webinar and the chatroom open at the same time. Someone mentioned skype; but I don't have a clue how to make that work and their help files are anemic. There also seems to be some confusion as to who, if anyone, is recording the sessions so we can go back and see parts we missed.
It LOOKED like a great event though.
