Jeff Utecht and wife Daneah share their students from International School Bangkok with us for an evening of inspiration and hope as their students relate their experiences with a very special project: Operation Smile. Daneah and two of the students have created videos to capture the visit the students had with young patients who experienced facial reconstructive surgery in Thailand.

This week, Lisa and Maria responding to a topic posted in Plurk by Beth Knittle - the purpose of education.  Beth also posted a blog entry as well. Another blog post worth reading is from David Warlick, writtern in Jan. 2009. As always, we had a good conversation in the stream and the chat room.

Join Alice, Bob and I as we speak to two different guests. We speak to Doug Taylor from Podcast People one of our favorite podcasting sites. Then we move to Arcademicskillbuilders with Dave  Scherrer. We were surprised and joined by many preservice teachers in the chat room. After we spent time helping them to find the audio things quieted down, until Skype stopped and Cheryl was left talking on the stream. You just never know! Enjoy the show.
