mine is everything -- to do, links, idea -- dated, some starred. I try to remember adding something tag or string like to search

My problem with it is that syncing sometimes takes too long, and I switch devices constantly. So I get a lot of conflicting revisions.

Facebook groups are also a big help because you can do a search in the groups venue.
